My work has always centred on helping people recover from the weight of trauma and stress. Over the course of my career, I have seen how unresolved trauma can keep people stuck in survival mode, even when they’ve tried different forms of therapy. I was drawn to somatic approaches because they address what talk alone often cannot: the body’s role in holding and releasing trauma. This combination of clinical training, somatic practice, and lived understanding has shaped the way I work today: practical, compassionate, and deeply attuned to each person’s pace.

People heal best in spaces where they feel safe to show up as themselves.

Lasting change comes from working with both the body and the mind.

The goal is not just reducing symptoms, but creating lives that feel steady, connected, and meaningful.
If you are ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to support you with care that is trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based.
