Some people benefit from talk therapy. Some benefit from somatic work. Many need a combination - not all at once, but in the right sequence and at the right time.
Integrated care gives you a flexible therapeutic space where we adjust the session based on what your system needs that day: emotional processing, somatic tracking, TRE, regulation work, or a blend of these methods.
It’s a whole-system approach designed for people who respond best when mind and body are addressed together.
Integrated care brings together:

15+ Years of experience
Integrated care has two distinct paths, depending on whether the session includes TRE.
It’s TRE with more structure and therapeutic support.
It’s therapy that includes the body without going into release work.

15+ Years of experience

more stability during challenging moments

easier access to their emotions

less overwhelm

a calmer internal pace

clearer boundaries

improved ability to stay present

less reactivity

deeper understanding of their mind-body patterns
When stress lives in your body, it shows up like this…
Chronic muscle tension that never really lets go.
Headaches, back pain, or tightness that flares under stress.
Feeling restless or on edge, even when nothing is wrong.
Talking about it helps your thoughts, but not the knots in your body.
Somatic release can help you...
Release stored survival stress that talk therapy alone may not resolve.
Reduce chronic patterns of muscle tension linked to trauma.
Regain a felt sense of grounding and safety in your body.
Strengthen your nervous system’s ability to recover after stress.
Every session begins with grounding and gentle pacing.
TRE® uses the body’s own reflex to release stored stress.
We guide you in noticing and processing sensations safely.
Once learned, TRE® can become a lifelong self-regulation tool.
You don’t have to decide in advance. A consultation or first session will clarify whether your system needs supported release, somatic processing, or a blend of both.
Integrated sessions combine trauma-informed talk therapy with somatic regulation work. They bridge cognitive insight and body awareness, helping you understand your patterns while also learning how to regulate them in real time.
Traditional therapy focuses mainly on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Integrated sessions include this but also attend to the body’s signals — breath, posture, and felt sense — as part of the conversation. This helps you move from simply understanding what’s happening to actually experiencing safety and stability in the moment.
They’re a good fit for clients who want to go beyond talk therapy alone but aren’t looking for purely body-based work. They support those navigating trauma, stress, or relationship patterns, and those who notice their emotions or triggers show up physically — through tension, fatigue, or restlessness.
