When your system needs more than one approach

Some people benefit from talk therapy. Some benefit from somatic work. Many need a combination - not all at once, but in the right sequence and at the right time.
Integrated care gives you a flexible therapeutic space where we adjust the session based on what your system needs that day: emotional processing, somatic tracking, TRE, regulation work, or a blend of these methods.
It’s a whole-system approach designed for people who respond best when mind and body are addressed together.

What integrated care is

Integrated care brings together:

psychological insight
somatic awareness
nervous system regulation
supported release when appropriate
Sessions shift between methods depending on your capacity, current state, and goals.
Instead of forcing yourself into one format, the work adapts to you.

Two Formats of Integrated Care

Integrated care has two distinct paths, depending on whether the session includes TRE.

Integrated TRE Sessions
These sessions combine TRE with somatic regulation and grounding.

What this looks like

preparing your system for tremors
initiating release
regulating intensity
slowing down when needed
processing afterward if emotions come up
integrating through grounding and somatic tracking
This format is ideal for people who need support before, during, and after tremors, rather than practicing TRE on their own.

Who this is for

Integrated TRE is a good fit if you:
want the benefits of TRE but need guided containment
experience emotional activation after release
want both body-based discharge and cognitive understanding
feel safer with a regulated facilitator
want sessions to include processing or meaning-making

It’s TRE with more structure and therapeutic support.

Integrated Somatic Sessions
These sessions do not include TRE.
They combine therapy with somatic tracking and regulation.

What this looks like

talk therapy to explore your patterns and emotions
somatic tracking to understand how your body responds
guided regulation to support stability
identifying what your system is trying to communicate
strengthening your capacity for presence and clarity

This is a gentle but deep approach that helps you stay connected to yourself while processing difficult experiences.

Who this is for

Integrated Somatic Sessions are helpful if you:
want therapy that doesn’t stay only in the mind
want somatic work without tremors
need a safe way to process without being overwhelmed
feel your emotions show up strongly in the body
want clearer access to your internal cues and needs

It’s therapy that includes the body without going into release work.

How integrated care helps

Laila Lodhia

15+ Years of experience

Clients often choose integrated care when they want:

clarity about why certain reactions keep repeating
relief from both emotional and physiological stress
steadier relationships
healthier boundaries
support for CPTSD, relational trauma, or burnout
help navigating high-stress periods
a therapeutic space that stays responsive rather than rigid
Integrated care brings together the strengths of therapy and somatic work so healing doesn’t rely on one entry point.

What you can expect over time

People describe:

more stability during challenging moments

easier access to their emotions

less overwhelm

a calmer internal pace

clearer boundaries

improved ability to stay present

less reactivity

deeper understanding of their mind-body patterns

The problem

When stress lives in your body, it shows up like this…

Chronic muscle tension that never really lets go.

Headaches, back pain, or tightness that flares under stress.

Feeling restless or on edge, even when nothing is wrong.

Talking about it helps your thoughts, but not the knots in your body.

The Transformation

Somatic release can help you...

Release stored survival stress that talk therapy alone may not resolve.

Reduce chronic patterns of muscle tension linked to trauma.

Regain a felt sense of grounding and safety in your body.

Strengthen your nervous system’s ability to recover after stress.

Our Approach

Guided Safety

Every session begins with grounding and gentle pacing.

Body’s Natural Tremor Mechanism

TRE® uses the body’s own reflex to release stored stress.

Integration Support

We guide you in noticing and processing sensations safely.

Tools for Home Practice

Once learned, TRE® can become a lifelong self-regulation tool.

Care Plans are offered in structured series designed to provide steady continuity, deeper integration, and measurable progress over time. Care Plan session frequency is structured around therapeutic milestones built into each intervention, ensuring the pacing supports integration and measurable progress rather than arbitrary scheduling.

Each plan allows flexibility in pacing and can be adjusted as your needs evolve, ensuring your process remains attuned, consistent, and supportive of long-term regulation.

Note: Care Plans are available to clients who have completed their consultation and are in ongoing therapy, ensuring that your journey remains steady, supported, and responsive to change.

If you’re unsure which integrated format you need

You don’t have to decide in advance. A consultation or first session will clarify whether your system needs supported release, somatic processing, or a blend of both.
