Trauma-informed therapy recognizes the impact of trauma on both body and mind. It emphasizes safety, choice, and empowerment while integrating practices that support regulation, healing, and long-term resilience.
Healing looks different for each person. Some benefit from short-term support, while others engage in longer-term work. Together, we design a plan that aligns with your needs, goals, and pace.
You are always in control. Therapy is collaborative, and you can pause, stop, or adjust your sessions at any time. Your safety and comfort guide the process.
Our work blends evidence-based psychology with somatic practices, drawing from trauma-focused modalities, polyvagal-informed perspectives, and body-based tools that help regulate the nervous system. Our work is informed by evidence-based and somatic approaches that address both the mind and body. These include:
• Polyvagal Theory, which helps us understand how the nervous system responds to stress and safety.
• Internal Family Systems (IFS), which works with different “parts” of the self to create more harmony and self-compassion.
• Somatic Experiencing (SE), which supports the release of trauma that is stored in the body.
Each approach is adapted to your needs, and you never have to know the technical details for it to work. We focus on making the process safe, collaborative, and effective for you.
Yes. Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with the exception of situations where safety is at risk, such as harm to yourself or others, in which case APA ethical guidelines are followed to ensure safety.
We work with adults navigating trauma (PTSD and complex trauma), ADHD, addiction, relational challenges, and stress. We also provide clinical supervision for therapists and training opportunities for professionals.
Yes. Therapy is available both in-person and online, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin therapy with us. Many clients come seeking support for stress, regulation, or personal growth.
If you have ever felt that talking alone doesn’t fully capture your experience, somatic therapy may help. It brings the body into the healing process through practices like breathwork, movement, and awareness.
Our fees vary by service. We offer limited sliding-scale options to make therapy more accessible. Please contact us for details.
Yes. Online sessions make it possible to work with clients outside Pakistan. Availability may depend on time zones and local regulations.
No. TRE is not psychotherapy. It is a body-based practice that can complement therapy or be used on its own as a self-care tool.
TRE is generally safe for most people. We recommend discussing any medical concerns or conditions before beginning. Sessions are always guided with respect for your comfort and boundaries.
No. TRE does not require talking about past experiences. The focus is on gently working with the body’s natural release process.
Some people notice benefits after just a few sessions, while others choose to continue regularly as part of their wellness or healing practice.
Couples TRE is a private session designed for partners who want to co-regulate, release tension together, and rebuild a sense of safety and connection through the body. Both partners learn TRE under the guidance of a certified provider and are supported in practicing together safely.
No. Both Couples and Group TRE sessions are open to beginners. The first session always includes orientation, safety guidelines, and a gradual introduction to the tremor mechanism.
Groups are kept intentionally small — 3 to 6 participants — to ensure individual attention, safety, and containment during the process.
TRE can release deep tension, and emotional responses are natural. Your facilitator is trained to recognize signs of overwhelm and will pause, ground, or provide individualized support as needed. Safety and pacing are always prioritized over “pushing through.”
• Fill out the TRE Intake Form once per participant (or both partners).
• After screening and approval, you’ll receive a payment link for your chosen package (4 or 8 sessions).
• Once payment is complete, you’ll be guided to schedule your sessions.
For safety and group continuity, participants remain the same throughout a package. Adding or replacing members resets the group and requires a new intake process.
Group TRE is a shared nervous-system regulation experience for small private groups (typically 3–6 participants). It provides collective grounding and stress release while maintaining individual privacy — each person’s process unfolds at their own pace within a supportive environment.
1:1 sessions focus entirely on your individual process and pacing.
Couples and Group TRE add a relational or collective layer — helping you regulate with others, attune to shared energy, and practice presence within connection. The emphasis remains on your own body’s responses, never on performing or matching others.
Each session lasts about 90 minutes, beginning with grounding and breathwork, followed by guided TRE practice and ending with integration and reflection time.
Yes, Couples TRE and Group TRE can be conducted online or in-person (Islamabad). Online sessions require each participant to have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
Comfortable, loose clothing that allows gentle movement.
For in-person sessions, bring a yoga mat, small pillow, and water bottle. For online sessions, set up a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.
