Stress affects relationships in subtle ways. When one or both partners carry tension, the body stays alert, reactive, or drained, even when the relationship itself is strong.
This can create distance, reduce patience, or make communication harder without either person intending it.
Couples TRE offers a structured way for two people to release tension, regulate together, and create a calmer shared environment. This is not couples therapy. It is a private, somatic session for two people.

Couples TRE® is a private session for partners who want to release tension, rebuild safety, and strengthen emotional connection through shared body-based work. Both partners learn the TRE® process together under guided facilitation, cultivating co-regulation and mutual presence in a safe, supportive space.
Group TRE® is a shared regulation experience for small, private groups (typically 3–6 participants). It offers collective grounding and stress release while maintaining personal space — each person’s process unfolds independently within a supportive environment. It’s an accessible way to experience body-based regulation in community.
No. Both Couples and Group TRE® are open to beginners. The first session always includes orientation, safety guidelines, and a gradual introduction to the tremor mechanism to help participants feel comfortable and informed.
Couples TRE is available by appointment only.
